     Rupert William Dudley Leigh, 4th Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh was born on 14 March 1908.2 He was the son of Major Hon. Rupert Leigh and Beatrice Mary Smith.3 He married Anne Hicks-Beach, daughter of Ellis Hicks-Beach and Nancy Whitehead, on 27 April 1931.2 He died on 24 June 1979 at age 71.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh, co. Warwick [U.K., 1839] on 16 May 1938.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 11th Hussars.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars.2 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)2 He held the office of High Steward of Sutton Coldfield.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Warwickshire in 1946.2 He was an owner and trainer of racehorses.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire in 1962.2

     Sir Philip Tatton Mainwaring, 4th Bt. was born on 11 September 1838 at Over Peover, Cheshire, England.1,2 He was the son of Sir Henry Mainwaring, 2nd Bt. and Emma Tatton.1 He married Louise Emily Pitt, daughter of Reverend George Pitt and Charlotte Augusta Mainwaring, on 7 October 1875 at Over Peover, Cheshire, England.2 He died on 21 February 1906 at age 67.1,2
     He gained the title of 4th Baronet Mainwaring.
