     Montagu Fullerton Armstrong was born on 8 March 1852.¹ He was the son of Sir Andrew Armstrong, 1st Bt. and Frances Fullerton.¹ He married Florence Angelica Sophia Proby, daughter of Charles John Proby and Elizabeth Chappell, on 3 April 1873.¹ He died on 9 February 1926 at age 73.¹

     Florence Angelica Sophia Proby was the daughter of Charles John Proby and Elizabeth Chappell.^1,2 She married Montagu Fullerton Armstrong, son of Sir Andrew Armstrong, 1st Bt. and Frances Fullerton, on 3 April 1873.¹ She died on 10 July 1936.¹
     From 3 April 1873, her married name became Armstrong.¹

     Charles John Proby was born on 17 September 1815.² He was the son of Reverend Charles James Proby and Frances Sharrer.² He married Elizabeth Chappell, daughter of R.-Adml. Edward Chappell, on 14 July 1853.² He died on 4 January 1868 at age 52.²
     He held the office of British Consul to Florence.¹

     Eileen Molly Nevill Armstrong was born on 1 April 1903.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Nevill Alexander Drummond Armstrong and Mary Ann Katharine Armstrong.¹ She died in January 1994 at age 90.¹
