     He gained the title of Lord of Powys.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Comte de Tancarville [Normandy, 1419] on 22 March 1420/21.1 He was appointed Knight in 1426.1

     Wilhelm IV Herzog von Bayern-Straubing Comte de Hainaut et Graaf van Holland en Zeeland was born on 5 April 1365 at The Hague, The Netherlands.1,2 He was the son of Albrecht I Herzog von Bayern-Straubing Comte de Hainaut et Graaf van Holland en Zeeland and Margareta von Schlesien-Liegnitz.3 He married Marguerite de Bourgogne, daughter of Philippe II de Valois, Duc de Bourgogne and Marguerite de Flandre, Comtesse de Flandre, on 12 April 1385 at Cambrai, FranceG.2 He died on 31 May 1417 at age 52.1
     He gained the title of Herzog von Bayern-Straubing. He succeeded as the Graaf van Holland en Zeeland in 1404.3 He gained the title of Comte de Hainaut.

     He gained the title of Duc de Brabant in 1415.1 His marriage to Jacqueline von Bayern-Straubing, Comtesse de Hainaut et Gravin van Holland en Zeeland was annulled in 1421/22 by the Anti-Pope, Benedict XIII.1
