Sir Richard Bulkeley Williams-Bulkeley, 10th Bt. was born on 23 September 1801.2 He was the son of Sir Robert Williams, 9th Bt. and Anne Hughes.1,3 He married, firstly, Charlotte Mary Hughes, daughter of William Lewis Hughes, 1st Baron Dinorben of Kinmel Park, on 27 May 1828 at Carnarthann, WalesG.2 He married, secondly, Maria Frances Stanley-Massey-Stanley, daughter of Sir Thomas Stanley-Massey-Stanley, 9th Bt. and Mary Haggerston, on 30 August 1832 at Carnarthann, WalesG.2 He died on 28 August 1875 at age 73.3
He was given the name of Richard Bulkeley Williams at birth.4 On 26 June 1827 his name was legally changed to Richard Bulkeley Williams-Bulkeley by Royal Licence.4 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Williams, of Penrhyn, co.
