Charles William Harley Hay, 16th Earl of Kinnoull was born on 20 December 1962.1 He is the son of Arthur William George Patrick Hay, 15th Earl of Kinnoull and Gay Ann Lowson.2 He married Catharine Clare Crawford, daughter of William Hamilton Raymund Crawford and Marilyn Jean Colville, on 15 June 2002.2
