Diane Kirk Blundell is the daughter of John Rutherford Blundell.1 She married, firstly, David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty, son of Admiral David Beatty, 1st Earl Beatty and Ethel Field, on 3 December 1959.1 She married, secondly, Sir John Grenfell Nutting, 4th Bt., son of Rt. Hon. Sir Harold Anthony Nutting, 3rd Bt. and Gillian Leonora Strutt, in 1973.2
She was adopted by Captain Duncan Kirk. After her marriage, Diane Kirk Blundell was styled as Countess Beatty on 3 December 1959. From 3 December 1959, her married name became Beatty. After her marriage, Diane Kirk Blundell was styled as Dowager Countess Beatty on 10 June 1972. From 1973, her married name became Nutting.2

(Unionist) for Camberwell, Peckham Division between 1931 and 1936.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1933 in the Leceistershire Yeomanry (Territorial Army.)1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl Beatty [U.K., 1919] on 11 March 1936.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Borodale, of Wexford, co.
