Sarah Burton was the daughter of Bartholomew Burton. She married Rear-Admiral Sir Joshua Rowley, 1st Bt., son of Admiral Sir William Rowley and Arabella Dawson, on 18 April 1759 at St. Stephen's Church, Coleman Street, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 26 December 1812.2
Her married name became Rowley.

Major Charles Pelham Rowley was born on 26 April 1877.1 He was the son of Admiral Charles John Rowley and Alice Mary Arabella Elwes.2 He died on 29 October 1916 at age 39, killed accidentally.1
