     Lewis Bruce Knight-Bruce was born on 13 March 1819.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir James Lewis Knight-Bruce and Eliza Newte.1 He married Caroline Margaret Eliza Newte, daughter of Thomas Newte, on 31 May 1846.1 He died on 19 February 1906 at age 86.1
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1841 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Riverhead, Sunbury-on-Thames, London, England.1 He lived at Roehampton Priory, Surrey, England.1
