     Margaret Balfour was the daughter of David Balfour of Burleigh and Agnes Forrester.¹ She married Sir Robert Douglas of Lochleven, son of Sir Robert Douglas of Lochleven and Elizabeth Boswell, before 1500.¹
     From before 1500, her married name became Douglas.¹

     Elizabeth Ingram was born in 1623.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Arthur Ingram. She married Robert Rich, 5th Earl of Warwick, son of Henry Rich, 1st Earl of Holland and Isabel Cope, on 8 April 1641 at Kensington, London, England.^2,3 She died circa September 1661.³ She was buried on 17 September 1661.³
     From 8 April 1641, her married name became Rich.

     Jessica Araminta May Swann was born in 1978.¹ She is the daughter of Robert Andrew Swann and Susan Margaret Brodrick.¹

     Lady Anne Montagu was the daughter of Edward Montagu, 2nd Earl of Manchester and Lady Anne Rich.¹ She married Robert Rich, 5th Earl of Warwick, son of Henry Rich, 1st Earl of Holland and Isabel Cope, before April 1668.^3,1 She died circa July 1689.⁴ She was buried on 9 July 1689.⁴
     From before April 1668, her married name became Rich.³

     Edward Montagu, 2nd Earl of Manchester was born in 1602.³ He was the son of Henry Montagu, 1st Earl of Manchester and Catharine Spencer.³ He married, firstly, Susannah Hill, daughter of John Hill and Dorothy Beaumont, on 6 February 1622/23.³ He married, secondly, Lady Anne Rich, daughter of Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick and Frances Hatton, on 1 July 1625.³ He married, thirdly, Essex Cheeke, daughter of Sir Thomas Cheeke and Essex Rich, on 30 December 1642.³ He married, fourthly, Eleanor Wortley, daughter of Sir Richard Wortley and Elizabeth Boughton, circa 1659.⁴ He married, fifthly, Lady Margaret Russell, daughter of Francis Russell, 4th Earl of Bedford and Hon. Catharine Brydges, on 1 August 1667.¹ He died on 5 May 1671.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Huntingdonshire between 1602 and 1626.³ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1626.³ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Kimbolton of Kimbolton, co. Huntingdon [E., 1620] on 22 May 1626, in his father's lifetime.³ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in January 1639/40.³ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Huntingdonshire in 1642.³ He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Mandeville [E., 1620] on 7 November 1642.³ He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Manchester, co. Lancaster [E., 1626] on 7 November 1642.³ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire in 1643.³ He gained the rank of General in the Parliamentary Army.³ He fought in the Battle of Marston Moor in 1644.³ He held the office of Lord Chamberlain from 1660 to 1661.³ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1661.³ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in February 1660/61.³

     Lady Anne Rich was born in 1604.² She was the daughter of Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick and Frances Hatton.¹ She married Edward Montagu, 2nd Earl of Manchester, son of Henry Montagu, 1st Earl of Manchester and Catharine Spencer, on 1 July 1625.¹ She died on 14 February 1641/42.³
     Her married name became Montagu.

     Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick was born between May 1587 and June 1587.² He was the son of Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick and Lady Penelope Devereux.³ He married, firstly, Frances Hatton, daughter of Sir William Hatton and Elizabeth Gundi.⁴ He married, secondly, Susan Rowe, daughter of Sir Henry Rowe.⁵ He married, thirdly, Eleanor Wortley, daughter of Sir Richard Wortley and Elizabeth Boughton, on 30 March 1646.⁶ He died in 1658.
     He gained the title of 2nd Earl of Warwick. He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) on 24 July 1603.⁵ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maldon in 1610.⁵ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maldon in 1614.⁵ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Essex in 1625, joint.⁵ He was appointed Privy Councillor (P.C.) on 27 April 1641.⁵ He held the office of Lord High Admiral between 1643 and 1649.⁵

     Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick was born in December 1559.² He was the son of Robert Rich, 2nd Baron Rich and Elizabeth Baldry.² He married, firstly, Lady Penelope Devereux, daughter of Walter Devereux, 1st Earl of Essex and Lettice Knollys, between October 1581 and November 1581.³ He and Lady Penelope Devereux were divorced in 1605 'a mensa et thoro.⁴' He married, secondly, Frances Wray, daughter of Sir Christopher Wray and Ann Girlington, on 21 December 1616.⁴ He died on 24 March 1618/19 at age 59 at Allington House, Holborn, London, England^G.²
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Rich [E., 1547] on 27 February 1580/81.⁵ He was created 1st Earl of Warwick [England] on 2 August 1618.⁵

     Lady Penelope Devereux was born after 1561.³ She was the daughter of Walter Devereux, 1st Earl of Essex and Lettice Knollys.¹ She married, firstly, Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick, son of Robert Rich, 2nd Baron Rich and Elizabeth Baldry, between October 1581 and November 1581.³ She and Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick were divorced in 1605 'a mensa et thoro.⁴' She married, secondly, Charles Blount, 1st Earl of Devonshire, son of James Blount, 6th Baron Mountjoy and Catherine Leigh, on 20 December 1605.^1,4 She died on 7 July 1607.
     From between October 1581 and November 1581, her married name became Rich.³ From 20 December 1605, her married name became Blount.¹

     Isabel Cope was the daughter of Sir Walter Cope and Dorothy Grenville.^3,4 She married Henry Rich, 1st Earl of Holland, son of Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick and Lady Penelope Devereux, before 1616.⁴ She died circa August 1655.⁵ She was buried on 1 September 1655.⁵
