Elizabeth Dawes was the daughter of Sir William Dawes, 3rd Bt. and Frances d'Arcy.1,2 She married Sir William Milner, 1st Bt., son of William Milner and Mary Ibbetson, on 5 December 1716.1 She died on 9 March 1782.1

Mary Milner was born on 11 February 1739.2 She was the daughter of Sir William Milner, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dawes.1 She was baptised on 6 March 1739 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.2 She married Rear-Admiral Sir John Lindsay, son of Sir Alexander Lindsay, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Amelia Murray, on 19 September 1768.1 She died on 24 June 1799 at age 60.1
