Francis Smyth Baden-Powell was born on 29 July 1850.1 He was the son of Reverend Baden Powell and Henrietta Grace Smyth.1 He married Florence Sydney Watt, daughter of James Watt, on 28 May 1902.1 He died on 25 December 1933 at age 83 at Milden House, Wimbledon, Surrey, England.2
Francis Smyth Baden-Powell also went by the nick-name of Frank. He was given the name of Francis Smyth Powell at birth.1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was a painter and sculptor.1 On 30 April 1902 his name was legally changed to Francis Smyth Baden-Powell by Royal Licence.1
