     Carl Gustaf Oscar Frederick Christian Bernadotte, Prince of Sweden was born on 10 January 1911 at Stockholm, Sweden^G.³ He was the son of Oskar Carl Vilhelm Bernadotte, Prince of Sweden and Ingeborg Charlotte Caroline Frederikke zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, Princess of Denmark.¹ He married, firstly, Elsa von Rosen, Countess von Rosen, daughter of Count Eugene Eric Adalbert August von Rosen and Eleonore Wijk, on 6 July 1937 at Kvillinge, Ostergötland, Sweden^G.³ He and Elsa von Rosen, Countess von Rosen were divorced in 1951.³ He married, secondly, Ann Margareta Larsson, daughter of Karl Frithiof Willgott Larsson, on 1 November 1954 at Danderyd, Sweden^G.³ He and Ann Margareta Larsson were divorced in 1961.³ He married, thirdly, Kristine Rivelsrud on 8 June 1978. He died on 27 June 2003 at age 92 at Malaga, Spain.⁴

     Michael Alexander Sigvard Bernadotte, Count Bernadotte was born on 21 August 1944 at Copenhagen, Denmark^G.¹ He is the son of Sigvard Oscar Fredrik Bernadotte, Prince of Sweden and Sonia Helene de Robbert. He married Christine Diotima Elisabeth Wellhofer, daughter of Ernst Wellhofer and Erna Kromer, on 6 February 1976.
     He gained the title of Count Bernadotte.¹

     Christine Diotima Elisabeth Wellhofer was born on 26 April 1947. She is the daughter of Ernst Wellhofer and Erna Kromer. She married Michael Alexander Sigvard Bernadotte, Count Bernadotte, son of Sigvard Oscar Fredrik Bernadotte, Prince of Sweden and Sonia Helene de Robbert, on 6 February 1976.
     From 6 February 1976, her married name became Bernadotte.
