Lt.-Gen. Charles Neville was born illegitimately in 1760 at Villanuova, Italy.1 He was the son of Edmund Rolfe and Julia de Martino.1 He married, firstly, Anne Colden Williamson in 1783.1 He married, secondly, Jane Ruddle in 1800.1 He died on 10 January 1837 at Whitton, London, England.1
