Thomas Span Plunket, 2nd Baron Plunket of Newton was born in 1792.2 He was the son of William Conyngham Plunket, 1st Baron Plunket of Newton and Katherine McCausland.2 He married Louisa Jane Foster, daughter of John William Foster and Rebecca McClure, on 26 October 1819.2 He died on 19 October 1866.2
