     Charles Cotton King was born in 1824.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton.¹ He died on 4 March 1846.¹

     Colonel John Hynde King was born on 19 December 1826.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton.¹ He died on 9 July 1870 at age 43.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Rowley Fludyer King was born on 22 June 1828.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton.¹ He married Isabella Atkinson, daughter of John Atkinson, on 14 September 1855.¹ He died on 13 September 1866 at age 38.¹

     Isabella Atkinson is the daughter of John Atkinson.¹ She married, firstly, John Kidd before 1855.¹ She married, secondly, Rowley Fludyer King, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton, on 14 September 1855.¹
     From before 1855, her married name became Kidd.¹ From 14 September 1855, her married name became King.¹

     John Kidd married Isabella Atkinson, daughter of John Atkinson, before 1855.¹ He died before 1855.¹

     Anita Philadelphia King was born on 3 October 1859.¹ She was the daughter of Rowley Fludyer King and Isabella Atkinson.¹ She died on 17 April 1900 at age 40, unmarried.¹

     Maria Philadelphia King was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton.¹ She married Rt. Rev. George Hills on 4 January 1865.¹ She died on 29 April 1888.¹
     From 4 January 1865, her married name became Hills.¹

     Charlotte Webster was the daughter of A. C. Webster.¹ She married Major William Affleck King, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard King, 2nd Bt. and Maria Susanna Cotton, on 13 October 1873.¹ She died in 1880.¹
     From 13 October 1873, her married name became King.¹
