Percy Mitford was born on 13 July 1833.1 He was the son of Henry Reveley Mitford and Lady Georgiana Jemima Ashburnham.2 He married Hon. Emily Marion Tatton Egerton, daughter of William Tatton Egerton, 1st Baron Egerton of Tatton and Lady Charlotte Elizabeth Loftus, on 14 April 1863.1 He died on 27 June 1884 at age 50, without issue.1
