Alice Bell was the daughter of Dandeson Coates Bell.2 She married John Wedderburn, son of Sir John Wedderburn, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Louisa Milburn, on 29 January 1856.1 She died on 29 May 1857 at Hissar, India, murdered in the Indian rebellion.

Sir David Wedderburn, 3rd Bt. was born on 20 December 1835.1 He was the son of Sir John Wedderburn, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Louisa Milburn.2 He died on 18 September 1882 at age 46, unmarried.1
He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.1 He was admitted to advocate.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Wedderburn, of Ballindean, Perthshire [U.K., 1803] on 2 July 1862.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Ayrshire between 1868 and 1874.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Haddington Burghs.1

Sir William Wedderburn, 4th Bt. was born on 25 March 1838.1 He was the son of Sir John Wedderburn, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Louisa Milburn.2 He married Mary Blanche Hoskyns, daughter of Henry William Hoskyns, on 12 September 1878.1 He died on 25 January 1918 at age 79.1
He was with the Bombay Civil Service between 1859 and 1887.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Wedderburn, of Ballindean, Perthshire [U.K., 1803] on 18 September 1882.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Banffshire between 1893 and 1900.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Gloucestershire.1
