     Thomasina Agnes Hunt is the daughter of James Hunt.2 She married Sir Alexander Charles Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, 3rd Bt., son of Alexander Maitland and Susan Ramsay, on 3 February 1841.1
     From 3 February 1841, her married name became Maitland.

     Sir James Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, 4th Bt. was born on 29 March 1848.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Charles Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, 3rd Bt. and Thomasina Agnes Hunt.2 He married Fanny Lucy Fowke White, daughter of Sir Thomas Woolaston White, 2nd Bt. and Mary Euphemia Ramsay, on 12 May 1869.2 He died on 9 November 1897 at age 49.1
     He was Convener of Stirlingshire.1 He was appointed Fellow, Linnean Society (F.L.S.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Maitland, of Clifton, Midlothian [U.K., 1818] on 16 May 1876.1 He was appointed Fellow, Geographical Society (F.G.S.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1

Edward Harris Steel and Emmeline Drummond, on 10 July 1901.1 She died on 25 May 1944 at age 72.1

     Sir Arthur Herbert Drummond Ramsay-Steel-Maitland, 1st Bt. was born on 5 July 1876.3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Edward Harris Steel and Emmeline Drummond.3 He married Mary Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, daughter of Sir James Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, 4th Bt. and Fanny Lucy Fowke White, on 10 July 1901.1 He died on 30 March 1935 at age 58.
     He was given the name of Arthur Herbert Drummond Steel at birth.3 He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.3 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 In July 1901 his name was legally changed to Arthur Herbert Drummond Ramsay-Steel-Maitland by Royal Licence.3 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for teh COlonies between 1915 and 1917.3 He was created 1st Baronet Ramsay-Steel-Maitland, of Sauchie, co. Stirling [U.K.] on 13 July 1917.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He held the office of Minister of Labour between 1924 and 1929.3

     Keith Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland was born on 5 July 1855.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Charles Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, 3rd Bt. and Thomasina Agnes Hunt.2 He married Ina Blanche Caldwell, daughter of G. Ralston Caldwell, on 27 November 1886.1 He died on 25 June 1897 at age 41.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising barrister.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.1
