Jane Coles was the daughter of William Coles.2 She married Thomas Medlycott, son of John Hutchings and Elizabeth Medlicott, on 16 September 1766.1 She died on 18 June 1824.1

Sir William Coles Medlycott, 1st Bt. was born on 22 October 1767.1 He was the son of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.2 He married Elizabeth Tugwell, daughter of William Tugwell, on 28 January 1796.1 He died on 25 May 1835 at age 67.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Milborne Port between 1790 and 1794.1 He was created 1st Baronet Medlycott, of Ven House, Somerset [U.K.] on 8 October 1808.1

Thomas Mervin Medlycott was born on 25 October 1773.1 He was the son of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.2 He died on 4 July 1793 at age 19, unmarried.1

Jane Paget Medlycott was the daughter of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.2 She married Philip Calard Ainslie, son of Sir Philip Ainslie, on 22 May 1794.1 She died on 30 March 1839, without issue.1
