Thomas Medlicott was baptised on 22 October 1697.1 He was the son of James Medlicott and Ann Howard.2 He married Elizabeth Ettrick, daughter of Anthony Ettrick, on 16 June 1731.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth (?) in 1742.1 He died on 24 July 1763 at age 65.1
He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Milborne Port between 1734 and 1763.1 He was Commissioner for Licensing Hawkers and Pedlars between 1742 and 1747.1 He lived at Ven House, Milborne Port, Somerset, EnglandG.1

Elizabeth Ettrick was the daughter of Anthony Ettrick.2 She married, firstly, Musgrave Davidson before 1731.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Medlicott, son of James Medlicott and Ann Howard, on 16 June 1731.1 She died on 15 June 1741.1
