     S/Ldr. James Geoffrey Cutcliffe Hepburn was the son of Patrick Henry Hepburn.² He married Margaret Isobel Hope, daughter of Colonel Adrian Victor Webley Hope and Ethel Mary Middleton, on 30 March 1950.¹ He was also reported to have died in 1995.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.)¹

     Harriet Rose Hepburn was born on 31 March 1965.¹ She is the daughter of S/Ldr. James Geoffrey Cutcliffe Hepburn and Margaret Isobel Hope.²
     She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ She was registered as a Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants (A.C.A.) in 1992.¹

     John Owen Webley Hope was born on 22 August 1875.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Charles Webley Hope and Ellen Evelyn Elizabeth Jordan.² He died on 15 September 1927 at age 52.¹
     He was Provincial Commissioner of Kenya Colony.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹

     Admiral Herbert Willes Webley Hope was born on 26 May 1878.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Charles Webley Hope and Ellen Evelyn Elizabeth Jordan.² He married Katherine Maria Antoinette Kewley, daughter of Reverend Francis Kewley, on 16 September 1905.¹ He died on 26 April 1968 at age 89.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1917.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of Russia.¹ He was awarded the Order of Military Valour of Italy.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.¹ He was Chief of Staff to the Commander-in-Chief, The Nore between 1923 and 1924.¹ He was commander of the H.M.S. Repulse between 1924 and 1926.¹ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1925.¹ He held the office of Naval Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V between 1926 and 1936.¹ He was President of the Ordnance Committee, Royal Arsenal Woolwich between 1928 and 1932.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cardiganshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cardiganshire.¹

     Katherine Maria Antoinette Kewley was the daughter of Reverend Francis Kewley.² She married Admiral Herbert Willes Webley Hope, son of Rear-Admiral Charles Webley Hope and Ellen Evelyn Elizabeth Jordan, on 16 September 1905.¹ She died on 17 June 1966.¹
     From 17 September 1905, her married name became Hope.

     Maj.-Gen. Adrian Price Webley Hope was born on 21 January 1911.¹ He was the son of Admiral Herbert Willes Webley Hope and Katherine Maria Antoinette Kewley.² He married Mary Elizabeth Partridge, daughter of Graham Partridge, on 9 September 1958.¹ He died on 12 December 1992 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1943.¹ He gained the rank of Major-General in the King's Own Scottish Borderes.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1952.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1961.¹ He was Director of Equipment Policy, War Office between 1961 and 1964.¹ He was Deputy Master-General of Ordnance, Ministry of Defence in 1964.¹ He retired from the military in 1966.¹

     Mary Elizabeth Partridge was the daughter of Graham Partridge.² She married Maj.-Gen. Adrian Price Webley Hope, son of Admiral Herbert Willes Webley Hope and Katherine Maria Antoinette Kewley, on 9 September 1958.¹ She died on 28 May 1990.¹
     From 9 September 1958, her married name became Hope.
