Margaret Calrow was the daughter of William Calrow.2 She married Bernard Hall, son of John Hall and Mary Titley, in 1860.1 She died on 14 March 1902.1

Sir Douglas Bernard Hall, 1st Bt. was born on 24 December 1866.1 He was the son of Bernard Hall and Margaret Calrow.2 He married Caroline Montgomery, daughter of Thomas James Montgomery, on 16 October 1890.1 He died on 30 June 1923 at age 56.1
He held the office of High Sheriff of Sussex in 1907.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for the Isle of Wight between 1910 and 1922.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for (Sussex.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Reserve.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.1 He was created 1st Baronet Hall, of Burton Park, Sussex [U.K.] on 18 September 1919.1

Sir Douglas Montgomery Bernard Hall, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 December 1891.1 He was the son of Sir Douglas Bernard Hall, 1st Bt. and Caroline Montgomery.2 He married, firstly, Mary Grant, daughter of Captain William Alexander Grant, on 17 July 1915.1 He and Mary Grant were divorced in 1923.1 He married, secondly, Nancie Walton Mellor, daughter of Colonel John Edward Mellor, on 20 May 1925.1 He and Nancie Walton Mellor were divorced in 1950.1 He married, thirdly, Hon. Diana Joan Sackville-West, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Sackville-West, 4th Baron Sackville of Knole and Maude Cecelia Bell, on 13 January 1951.1 He died on 30 August 1962 at age 70.1
