Ethel Irene Penelope Evans was born on 24 June 1884.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Gwynne-Evans, 1st Bt. and Mary Anna Williams.2 She married Edward Wallace Hadingham, son of S. Wallace Hadingham, on 5 January 1912.1 She died on 28 December 1936 at age 52.1
