     Sir Edward Leighton, 2nd Bt. was born in 1681.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Leighton, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Charlton.^1,2 He married, secondly, Judith Elwick, daughter of John Elwick.¹ He married, firstly, Rachel Forester, daughter of Sir William Forester and Lady Mary Cecil.¹ He died on 6 March 1756.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Leighton, of Wattlesborough, Shropshire [E., 1693] in 1711.¹

     Herbert Ives Bell was born in 1872 at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England.¹ He was the son of Robert Bell and Eliza Susannah Ives.¹ He married, firstly, Ada Emma Remington, daughter of Alfred Remington and Emma Smith, in 1900.¹ He married, secondly, Maude Elizabeth Howship in 1913.¹ He died in 1958 at Southend, Essex, England.¹

     Annie Harvey Grove was born on 17 September 1881.² She was the daughter of Colonel Alexander Sinclair Grove and Catherine Gage.^3,4 She married Charles Brent Neville Pelly, son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey, on 17 January 1901.² She died on 13 January 1963 at age 81.¹
     From 17 January 1901, her married name became Pelly.²

     Commander Charles Sinclair Pelly was born on 12 September 1902.¹ He was the son of Charles Brent Neville Pelly and Annie Harvey Grove.² He married Caroline Mary Facey, daughter of Charles Samuel Facey, on 16 November 1928.¹ He died on 8 December 1967 at age 65.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dorset in 1952.¹

     Charles Samuel Facey lived at Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset, England^G.¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹

     Caroline Mary Facey was the daughter of Charles Samuel Facey.² She married Commander Charles Sinclair Pelly, son of Charles Brent Neville Pelly and Annie Harvey Grove, on 16 November 1928.¹ She died in 1992.¹
     From 16 November 1928, her married name became Pelly.

     Charles Patrick Pelly was born on 12 October 1935.¹ He is the son of Commander Charles Sinclair Pelly and Caroline Mary Facey.² He married Avis Olga Woon, daughter of S/Ldr. William Henry Tregoning Woon, on 24 September 1966.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough Castle, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at St. Mary's Lodge, Chitterne, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     S/Ldr. William Henry Tregoning Woon lived at Plympton, Devon, England^G.¹ He was awarded the British Empire Medal (B.E.M.)¹

     Avis Olga Woon is the daughter of S/Ldr. William Henry Tregoning Woon.² She married Charles Patrick Pelly, son of Commander Charles Sinclair Pelly and Caroline Mary Facey, on 24 September 1966.¹
     From 24 September 1966, her married name became Pelly.

     Nigel William Sinclair Pelly was born on 5 June 1968.¹ He is the son of Charles Patrick Pelly and Avis Olga Woon.²
