Augustus Frederick Ellis and Mary Frances Thurlow Cunynghame.1,2 She married Debonnaire John Monson, 8th Baron Monson of Burton, son of William John Monson, 6th Baron Monson of Burton and Eliza Larken, on 25 December 1861.2 She died on 21 May 1936.2
     Her married name became Monson. After her marriage, Augusta Louisa Caroline Ellis was styled as Baroness Monson of Burton on 16 April 1898.

Augustus Frederick Ellis and Mary Frances Thurlow Cunynghame.2 He married Emily Campbell, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Guy Campbell, 1st Bt. and Pamela FitzGerald, on 17 November 1859.1 He died on 5 December 1906 at age 73.2
     He fought in the Kaffir War between 1851 and 1853.2 He fought in the Crimean War between 1855 and 1856.2 He fought in the Indian Mutiny between 1858 and 1859.2 He gained the rank of Major in the 60th Rifles.1 He lived at Branksome Chine House, Bournemouth, Hampshire, EnglandG.1
