     Augusta Louisa Caroline Ellis was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Augustus Frederick Ellis and Mary Frances Thurlow Cunynghame.^1,2 She married Debonnaire John Monson, 8th Baron Monson of Burton, son of William John Monson, 6th Baron Monson of Burton and Eliza Larken, on 25 December 1861.² She died on 21 May 1936.²
     Her married name became Monson. After her marriage, Augusta Louisa Caroline Ellis was styled as Baroness Monson of Burton on 16 April 1898.

     Augustus Frederick Guy Ellis was born on 10 December 1868 at Jamaica.¹ He was the son of Major Charles David Cunynghame Ellis and Emily Campbell.¹ He married Mary Agnes Westmorland, daughter of Hon. Henry Westmorland and Mary Elizabeth Stewart, on 10 January 1899 at Jamaica.¹ He died on 13 March 1927 at age 58.¹
     He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Jamaica]¹

     Mary Agnes Westmorland was born in 1864 at Jamaica.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Henry Westmorland and Mary Elizabeth Stewart.^2,1 She married, secondly, Augustus Frederick Guy Ellis, son of Major Charles David Cunynghame Ellis and Emily Campbell, on 10 January 1899 at Jamaica.² She married, firstly, Emmanuel George Levy in 1885 at Jamaica.¹
     From 1885, her married name became Levy.¹ Her married name became Ellis.

     Hon. Henry Westmorland was born in 1822 at Tottenham, London, England.¹ He is the son of Isaac Westmorland and Hannah Cheswright.¹ He married Mary Elizabeth Stewart on 30 April 1859 at Jamaica.¹ He died in 1881 at St. Mary's, Jamaica.¹
     He was a practising lawyer.¹ He was a planter.¹ He lived at Jamaica^G. He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Jamaica]¹

     Matthew Anthony Homfray was born in 1980.¹ He is the son of John George Richards Homfray and Josephine Dykes Chenevix-Trench.¹

     Major Charles David Cunynghame Ellis was born on 25 July 1833.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Augustus Frederick Ellis and Mary Frances Thurlow Cunynghame.² He married Emily Campbell, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Guy Campbell, 1st Bt. and Pamela FitzGerald, on 17 November 1859.¹ He died on 5 December 1906 at age 73.²
     He fought in the Kaffir War between 1851 and 1853.² He fought in the Crimean War between 1855 and 1856.² He fought in the Indian Mutiny between 1858 and 1859.² He gained the rank of Major in the 60th Rifles.¹ He lived at Branksome Chine House, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Emily Campbell was born circa 1833.² She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Guy Campbell, 1st Bt. and Pamela FitzGerald.² She married Major Charles David Cunynghame Ellis, son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Augustus Frederick Ellis and Mary Frances Thurlow Cunynghame, on 17 November 1859.¹ She died on 19 November 1924.¹
     Her married name became Ellis.
