     Kingsmill Pennefather was born in 1727.2 He was the son of Richard Pennefather and Charity Graham.3,2 He married Hon. Mary Lysaght, daughter of John Lysaght, 1st Baron Lisle of Mountnorth and Catharine Deane, on 26 June 1754.2 He died on 2 May 1771.2
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tipperary in 1750.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cashel in 1753.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cashel in 1761.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cashel in 1771.4
