Ann Patricia Macpherson was born on 14 February 1919.1 She was the daughter of James Ian Macpherson, 1st Baron Strathcarron and Elizabeth Marjorie Rhodes.2 She married Sir Denys Colquhoun Flowerdew Lowson, 1st Bt., son of Dr. James Gray Flowerdew Lowson and Adelaide Louisa Scott, on 17 July 1936.1 She died on 23 March 2003 at age 84.1
