     Thomas Patrick Hartley Russell is the son of Charles Russell and Frances Oxenham Henrietta Santa de Palatiano.¹

     Laura Elizabeth Canning Smith was born on 18 September 2000.¹ She is the daughter of Matthew Canning Smith and Philippa Marjorie Johnson.¹

     Amelia Rose Canning Smith was born on 15 August 2004.¹ She is the daughter of Matthew Canning Smith and Philippa Marjorie Johnson.¹

     James Graham Johnson was born on 24 May 1971.¹ He is the son of Graham Johnson and Elizabeth Rosemary Phyllis Tod.¹

     George Clinton, Lord Clinton was born on 26 November 1745.¹ He was the son of Henry Pelham-Clinton, 2nd Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyne and Catherine Pelham.¹ He died on 19 August 1752 at age 6.¹

     Thomas Theobald Hohler was born in 1839.² He was the son of Reverend Frederick Williams Hohler and Jane Harriet Theobald.^1,2 He married Henrietta Adela Hope, daughter of Henry Thomas Hope and Anne Adèle Bichet, on 7 April 1880.¹ He died on 2 May 1892.¹

     Reverend Frederick Williams Hohler was born on 12 January 1804.² He was the son of Frederick Ludwig Hohler and Elizabeth Soley.² He married Jane Harriet Theobald on 4 April 1832.² He died on 19 July 1871 at age 67.²
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He was the Rector at Colesbourne, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was the Rector at Winstone, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Anne Adèle Bichet married Henry Thomas Hope, son of Thomas Hope and Hon. Louisa Beresford, after 1843.¹
