     James Stewart, 2nd of Baldorran was born illegitimately before 1451.1 He was the son of Sir James Stewart, 1st of Baldorran and unknown Macdonald.1 He married Annabel Buchanan, daughter of Patrick Buchanan, 13th of that Ilk and Jonet Cunninghame.2
     James Stewart, 2nd of Baldorran also went by the nick-name of Seumas Beg (or in English, Little James.)2 He was the ancestor of the Stewarts of Ardvorlich.1

     Ludwig VI Kurfürst von der Pfalz was born on 4 July 1539 at Simmern, GermanyG.2 He was the son of Friedrich III Kurfürst von der Pfalz and Marie von Hohenzollern.3 He married Elisabeth von Hessen, daughter of Philip I Landgraf von Hessen and Christina von Sachsen, on 8 July 1560. He died on 22 October 1583 at age 44 at Heidelberg, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.2
     He was a member of the House of Wittelsbach.3 He succeeded as the Kurfürst von der Pfalz in 1576.3
