     Katherine May Frederica Fortescue was the daughter of Colonel Francis Alexander Fortescue and Mary Teresa Jenkinson.² She married Colonel Arthur George Bayley, son of Kennett Bayley and Louisa Jane Bowling, on 20 November 1923.¹ She died on 31 August 1952.¹
     From 20 November 1923, her married name became Bayley.
