     Mary Barber was the daughter of Edward Barber.¹ She married, firstly, Thomas Newton.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Jermyn in 1641.¹ She died on 19 September 1679.¹
     Her married name became Newton.¹ From 1641, her married name became Jermyn.² Her last will was dated 17 July 1769.²

     Sir Thomas Jermyn was born in 1572.² He married, firstly, Catherine Killigrew, daughter of William Killigrew and Margaret Saunders, in 1598.² He married, secondly, Mary Barber, daughter of Edward Barber, in 1641.¹ He died in 1644.² His will was proven (by probate) on 24 January 1644.³

     George Ramsay, 14th of Bamff is the son of George Ramsay, 13th of Bamff and Elizabeth Wood.² He married Elizabeth Mercer, daughter of Sir Lawrence Mercer of Aldie and Catherine Scott.² He died in 1620.²

     Mabel Alice Smith-Marriott was the daughter of Sir William Henry Marriott Smith-Marriott, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Dorothy Cavendish.² She married Major Arthur Hamilton Cooper, son of Sir William Charles Cooper, 3rd Bt. and Alice Helen Hill, on 25 January 1910.¹ She died on 20 June 1973.¹
     From 25 January 1910, her married name became Cooper. She lived at The Manor House, Blandford St. Mary, Dorset, England^G.²

     Arthur William Douglas Cooper was born on 20 February 1911.¹ He is the son of Major Arthur Hamilton Cooper and Mabel Alice Smith-Marriott.²
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre avec palmes.¹ He was a Fellow in 1958 at All Souls' College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Geoffrey Mervyn Cooper was born on 19 January 1916.¹ He was the son of Major Arthur Hamilton Cooper and Mabel Alice Smith-Marriott.² He married, firstly, Elise Marie Richmond, daughter of George McGregor Richmond, on 11 March 1941.¹ He and Elise Marie Richmond were divorced in 1955.¹ He married, secondly, Jean Margaret Ross-Brown, daughter of William Ross-Brown, on 10 January 1957.¹ He and Jean Margaret Ross-Brown were divorced in 1967.¹ He married, thirdly, Jean Mellor Standring, daughter of Commander J. W. W. M. Standring, on 9 May 1967.¹ He died on 31 July 1984 at age 68 at Preston Landover, Hampshire, England.^1,3
