     unknown daughter Cotton is the daughter of Hugh Calverley Cotton and Mary Russell.¹

     Sir Thomas Cotton, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1672.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Cotton, 1st Bt. and Hester Salusbury.² He married Philadephia Lynch, daughter of Sir Thomas Lynch, circa 18 November 1689.¹ He died on 12 June 1715.¹
     He held the office of Sheriff of Cheshire from 1712 to 1713.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Cotton, of Combermere, co. Chester [E., 1677] on 17 December 1712.¹

     Philadephia Lynch was the daughter of Sir Thomas Lynch.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas King.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Thomas Cotton, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Robert Cotton, 1st Bt. and Hester Salusbury, circa 18 November 1689.¹ She died on 30 December 1758.¹
     Her married name became King.¹ From circa 18 November 1689, her married name became Cotton.

     Sir Robert Salusbury Cotton, 3rd Bt. was born before 1704.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Cotton, 2nd Bt. and Philadephia Lynch.² He married Lady Elizabeth Tollemache, daughter of Lionel Tollemache, 3rd Earl of Dysart.¹ He died on 27 August 1748, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cotton, of Combermere, co. Chester [E., 1677] on 12 June 1715.¹ He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cheshire between 1727 and 1734.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lostwithiel between 1741 and 1747.¹

     Sydney Arabella Cotton is the daughter of Admiral Rowland Cotton and Elizabeth Aston.¹ She married Richard Moore.¹
     Her married name became Moore.¹

     Lady Elizabeth Tollemache was the daughter of Lionel Tollemache, 3rd Earl of Dysart.² She married Sir Robert Salusbury Cotton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Cotton, 2nd Bt. and Philadephia Lynch.¹ She died on 16 August 1745.¹
     Her married name became Cotton.

     Richard Moore married Sydney Arabella Cotton, daughter of Admiral Rowland Cotton and Elizabeth Aston.¹

     Mary Fisher is the daughter of Samuel Fisher.¹ She married Very Rev. James Henry Cotton, son of Reverend George Cotton and Katherine Maria Tomkinson, in 1826.¹
     From 1826, her married name became Cotton.¹

     Samuel Fisher graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹
