     Vera Westall is the daughter of James Westall.1 She married John Scott Hindley, 1st Viscount Hyndley, son of Reverend William Talbot Hindley and Caroline Scott, on 1 July 1901.1
     From 1 July 1901, her married name became Hindley.1 After her marriage, Vera Westall was styled as Baroness Hyndley on 21 January 1931. After her marriage, Vera Westall was styled as Viscountess Hyndley on 2 February 1948.
