Robert Augustus Bingham was the son of Henry Bingham and Anne Bodkin.1,2 He married Anne Bingham, daughter of Denis Bingham, in 1817.2 He died in 1828.2

Norman Arthur Citrine Citrine, 2nd Baron Citrine was born on 27 September 1914.1 He was the son of Walter McLennan Citrine, 1st Baron Citrine and Doris Helen Slade.2,1 He married Kathleen Alice Chilvers, daughter of George Chilvers, on 4 January 1939.1 He died on 18 March 1997 at age 82.1
He was educated at University College School, Hampstead, London, EnglandG.1 He was a practising solicitor between 1937 and 1984.1 He graduated from London University, London, EnglandG, in 1938 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1 On 4 January 1939 married Kathleen Alice (died 1993), daughter of George Chilvers, of Saxmundham, Suffolk, and died 18 March 1997.1 He wrote the book War Pensions Appeal Cases, published 1946.1 He was legal advisor to the Trade Union Congress between 1946 and 1951.1 He wrote the book Guide to Industrial Injuries Acts, published 1948.1 He wrote the book Citrine's Trade Union Law, published 1950.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Citrine, of Wembley, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1946] on 22 January 1983.1
