Isabel Marian Chetwynd was born at Atherston, Warwickshire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill.3 She married, firstly, Cudworth Halsted Poole on 24 May 1870.1 She married, secondly, Robert Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, 3rd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore, son of Colonel Wellington Henry Stapleton-Cotton, 2nd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore and Susan Alice Sitwell, on 22 June 1880.1 She died on 17 September 1930.1
From 24 May 1870, her married name became Poole. From 22 June 1880, her married name became Stapleton-Cotton. After her marriage, Isabel Marian Chetwynd was styled as Viscountess Combermere of Bhurtpore on 1 December 1891.

Dudley Francis North, 7th Earl of Guilford was born on 14 July 1851 at Weavering, Kent, England.2,3 He was the son of Dudley North, Lord North and Charlotte Maria Eden.2 He married Georgiana Chetwynd, daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill, on 4 May 1874.1 He died on 19 December 1885 at age 34 at Sydling Court, Sydling St. Nicholas, Dorset, England.2,3
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 9th Baron of Guilford, co. Surrey [E., 1683] on 29 January 1861.2 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Guilford [G.B., 1752] on 29 January 1861.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Horse Guards.2 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the Royal East Kent Yeomanry Cavalry.2
