Sir Thomas Myrton of Cambo was the son of Thomas Myrton of Cambo.2 He married Anne Halkett, daughter of Sir Robert Halkett of Pitfirrane and Margaret Murray.2 He died on 15 August 1645 at Kilsyth, Stirlingshire, Scotland, killed in action.2
