Reverend John Lumley-Savile, 7th Earl of Scarbrough was born on 15 June 1760.1 He was the son of Richard Lumley-Saunderson, 4th Earl of Scarbrough and Barbara Savile.1 He married Anna Maria Hering, daughter of Julines Hering, on 5 November 1785.1 He died on 21 February 1835 at age 74, in a fall from his horse while hunting.1

Reverend Thomas Manners-Sutton was born on 6 August 1795.1 He was the son of John Manners-Sutton and Anne Manners.2 He married Lucy Sarah Mortimer, daughter of Reverend Hans S. Mortimer, on 23 November 1826.1 He died on 27 October 1844 at age 49, without issue.1
