     Agnes Fraser was the daughter of Thomas Fraser of Durris.1 She married Alexander Buchan, 7th of Auchmacoy, son of Alexander Buchan, 6th of Auchmacoy and Elizabeth Seton, in 1598.1
     From 1598, her married name became Buchan.1

     He was ancestor of the Buchans of Letham, Smeaton and Kelloe.1

     James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy was the son of Alexander Buchan, 7th of Auchmacoy and Agnes Fraser.1 He married Margaret Seton, daughter of Alexander Seton, 2nd of Pitmedden and Beatrix Ogilvy.1 He died before 20 April 1661.1
     He was a Royalist during the Civil War.1

     Alexander Seton, 2nd of Pitmedden is the son of James Seton, 1st of Pitmedden and Margaret Rolland.2 He married Beatrix Ogilvy, daughter of Walter Ogilvy and Helen Urquhart.2

     Marie Ramsay is the daughter of Sir David Ramsay of Balmain, 2nd Bt.1 She married, secondly, Alexander Buchan, 9th of Auchmacoy, son of James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy and Margaret Seton.1 She married, firstly, James Strachan, 1st of Inchtuthill.1
     Her married name became Strachan.1 Her married name became Buchan.1
