     From 25 January 1865, her married name became Blois.¹

     Captain Alfred Chapman lived at 90 Eaton Place, Pimlico, London, England^G.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sir Ralph Barrrett MacNaghten Blois, 9th Bt. was born on 21 November 1866 at Cockfield Hall, Suffolk, England^G.^2,3 He was the son of Sir John Ralph Blois, 8th Bt. and Eliza Ellen Chapman.¹ He married Winifred Grace Kennard, daughter of Edmund Hegan Kennard and Agnes Hegan, on 30 April 1898 at Christ Church, Mayfair, London, England^G.^2,4 He died on 18 March 1950 at age 83.²
     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England^G.³ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Blois, of Grundisburgh and Cockfield Hall, co. Suffolk [E., 1686] on 31 December 1888.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Guards.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Suffolk.² He gained the rank of Captain in 1900 in the Royal Guards Reserve Regiment.⁴ He held the office of High Sheriff of Suffolk in 1905.²

     Charles Godfrey Blois was born on 27 December 1867.¹ He was the son of Sir John Ralph Blois, 8th Bt. and Eliza Ellen Chapman.¹ He died on 19 December 1900 at age 32, unmarried.¹

     Major Eardley Steuart Brooke was born on 3 July 1869.¹ He was the son of Sir John Ralph Blois, 8th Bt. and Eliza Ellen Chapman.¹ He married Violet Mary Magdalene Sproat, daughter of Major Thomas Sproat, on 6 July 1916.¹ He died on 13 December 1955 at age 86.¹
     He was given the name of Eardley Steuart Blois at birth.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Company, London Yeomanry.¹ On 23 February 1931 his name was legally changed to Eardley Steuart Brooke by Royal Licence.¹

     Violet Mary Magdalene Sproat was the daughter of Major Thomas Sproat.¹ She married Major Eardley Steuart Brooke, son of Sir John Ralph Blois, 8th Bt. and Eliza Ellen Chapman, on 6 July 1916.¹ She died on 15 September 1945.¹
     From 6 July 1916, her married name became Brooke.¹

     Major Thomas Sproat lived at Valparaiso, Chile^G.¹ He lived at Port Mary, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Thomas Eardley Blois-Brooke was born on 27 June 1918.¹ He was the son of Major Eardley Steuart Brooke and Violet Mary Magdalene Sproat.¹ He married Joy Mary Lewis, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Robert Stedman Lewis, on 25 June 1948.¹ He died on 28 November 1986 at age 68 at Haverfordwest, Dyfed, Wales.^1,2

     Joy Mary Lewis was born circa 1927.² She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Robert Stedman Lewis.¹ She married Thomas Eardley Blois-Brooke, son of Major Eardley Steuart Brooke and Violet Mary Magdalene Sproat, on 25 June 1948.¹ She died on 20 November 2019.²
     From 25 June 1948, her married name became Blois-Brooke.¹ She lived in 2003 at Cresborough, Rhos, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales^G.¹
