     Hon. James Massy-Dawson was born in October 1736.2 He was the son of Hugh Massy, 1st Baron Massy of Duntrileague and Mary Dawson.1,3 He married Mary Leonard, daughter of John Leonard.2 He died in December 1790 at age 54.2
     He was given the name of James Massy at birth.2 He lived at Ballynacourte, County Tipperary, IrelandG.2

     Hugh Massy, 1st Baron Massy of Duntrileague was born in 1700.2 He was the son of Colonel Hugh Massy and Elizabeth Evans.2 He married, firstly, Mary Dawson, daughter of Colonel James Dawson, before 1733.3 He married, secondly, Rebecca Delap, daughter of Francis Delap, on 16 April 1754.3 He died on 30 January 1788 at Stagdale Lodge, IrelandG.2
     He held the office of Sheriff of County Limerick in 1739.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Limerick between 1759 and 1776.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Old Leighlin in 1776.3 He was created 1st Baron Massy of Duntrileague, co. Limerick [Ireland] on 4 August 1776.3

     Sir Thomas George Fermor-Hesketh, 5th Bt. was born on 11 January 1825 at Rufford Hall, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Henry Hesketh, 4th Bt. and Annette Maria Bomford.1 He married Lady Anna Maria Isabella Fermor, daughter of William Thomas Fermor, 4th Earl of Pomfret and Annabel Elizabeth Borough, on 10 March 1846 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 20 August 1872 at age 47 at Rufford Hall, Lancashire, EnglandG.1
     He was given the name of Thomas George Hesketh at birth.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Hesketh, of Rufford, co. Lancaster [G.B., 1761] on 10 February 1843.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 9 June 1843.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Lancashire in 1848.1 He was Colonel of the 2nd Lancashire Militia between 1852 and 1872.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Preston between 1861 and 1872.1 On 8 November 1867 his name was legally changed to Thomas George Fermor-Hesketh by Royal Licence.1

     Lady Anna Maria Isabella Fermor was born on 2 January 1828.1 She was the daughter of William Thomas Fermor, 4th Earl of Pomfret and Annabel Elizabeth Borough.1 She married Sir Thomas George Fermor-Hesketh, 5th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Henry Hesketh, 4th Bt. and Annette Maria Bomford, on 10 March 1846 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 25 February 1870 at age 42 at Easton Neston, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1
     From 10 March 1846, her married name became Hesketh. From 8 November 1867, her married name became Fermor-Hesketh.1

     William Thomas Fermor, 4th Earl of Pomfret was born on 22 November 1770 at Sunbury, EnglandG.2 He was the son of George Fermor, 2nd Earl of Pomfret and Anna Maria Delagard.2 He married Annabel Elizabeth Borough, daughter of Sir Richard Borough, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Lake, on 13 January 1823. He died on 29 June 1833 at age 62, from paralysis.2
     He gained the title of 4th Earl of Pomfret.1
