     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach. She gained the title of Herzogin von Sachsen.1

     Georg Wilhelm Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt was born on 11 July 1722.2 He was the son of Ludwig VIII Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt and Charlotte Christiana Magdalena Johanna Gräfin zu Hanau-Lichtenberg.3,1 He married Marie Luise Gräfin zu Leiningen-Dagsburg-Heidesheim, daughter of Christian Karl Reinhard Graf zu Leiningen-Dagsburg-Heidesheim and Katherine Polyxene Gräfin zu Solms-Rödelheim und Assenheim, on 6 March 1748.3 He died on 21 June 1782 at age 59.2
     He gained the title of Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt.1

     She gained the title of Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

He married Dorothea von Salviati, daughter of Alexander Hermann Heinrich August von Salviati and Helene Crasemann, on 3 June 1933 at Bonn, Nordrhein-Westfahlen, GermanyG.1 He died on 26 May 1940 at age 33 at Nivelles, BelgiumG, from wounds received in action.1
     He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940.2

He married Kira Kirillovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia, daughter of Kirill Vladmirovich Romanov, Grand Duke of Russia and Victoria Melita Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Princess of the United Kingdom, on 2 May 1938 at Cecilienhof Palace, Potsdam, Brandenburg, GermanyG, in a civil and Orthodox marriage, They were remarried two days later in a Lutheran ceremony, at Doorn.1 He died on 27 September 1994 at age 86.
     He was given the name of Ludwig Ferdinand Viktor Eduard Albert Michael Hubertus at birth.1

He married Lady Brigid Katherine Rachel Guinness, daughter of Rupert Edward Cecil Lee Guinness, 2nd Earl of Iveagh and Lady Gwendolen Florence Mary Onslow, on 30 July 1945 at Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 He died on 20 April 1966 at age 54 at Reinhartshausen, GermanyG, drowned in the Rhine.1,3
     His name was legally changed to Friedrich Georg Wilhelm Christian Mansfeld. He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.4 He was with Schroder's at London, EnglandG.4 Between 1940 and 1941 he was interned by the UK authorities.4 He was also known as George Mansfield.4 He was naturalized as a British subject in 1947.4 He was naturalized as a dual citizen as a German subject in 1953.4
