     Caroline Wyndham married Rev. Hon. FitzRoy Henry Richard Stanhope, son of General Charles Stanhope, 3rd Earl of Harrington and Jane Fleming, on 8 November 1808.¹ She died on 11 February 1876.¹

     Jane Fleming was born in 1755.² She was the daughter of Sir John Fleming, 1st and last Bt. and Jane Coleman.^1,3 She married General Charles Stanhope, 3rd Earl of Harrington, son of William Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Harrington and Lady Caroline Fitzroy, on 23 May 1779 at London, England^G.⁴ She died on 3 February 1824 at St. James's Palace, St. James's, London, England^G.⁴
     Her married name became Stanhope.

     Elizabeth Williams Green was the daughter of William Green and Ann Rose Hall.² She married Leicester Fitzgerald Charles Stanhope, 5th Earl of Harrington, son of General Charles Stanhope, 3rd Earl of Harrington and Jane Fleming, on 23 April 1831 at London, England^G.² She died on 24 December 1898.²
     Her married name became Stanhope.

     Sydney Seymour Hyde Stanhope, 6th Earl of Harrington was born on 27 September 1845 at Ashburnham House, Little Dean's Yard, Westminster, London, England.¹ He was the son of Leicester Fitzgerald Charles Stanhope, 5th Earl of Harrington and Elizabeth Williams Green.¹ He died on 22 February 1866 at age 20.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baron Harrington, co. Northampton [G.B., 1730] on 7 September 1862.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Harrington, co. Northampton [G.B., 1742] on 7 September 1862.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Petersham of Petersham, co. Surrey [G.B., 1742] on 7 September 1862.¹

     William Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Harrington was born on 18 December 1719.¹ He was the son of William Stanhope, 1st Earl of Harrington and Anne Griffith.¹ He married Lady Caroline Fitzroy, daughter of Charles Fitzroy, 2nd Duke of Grafton and Lady Henrietta Somerset, on 11 August 1746.¹ He died on 1 April 1779 at age 59.¹
     He fought in the Battle of Fontenoy in 1745.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the 2nd Troop Horse, Grenadier Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Petersham of Petersham, co. Surrey [G.B., 1742] on 8 December 1756.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Harrington, co. Northampton [G.B., 1730] on 8 December 1756.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Harrington, co.      Lady Caroline Fitzroy was born on 8 April 1722. She was the daughter of Charles Fitzroy, 2nd Duke of Grafton and Lady Henrietta Somerset.^1,3 She married William Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Harrington, son of William Stanhope, 1st Earl of Harrington and Anne Griffith, on 11 August 1746.⁴ She died on 26 June 1784 at age 62.
