     Sydney Florence Boultbee was the daughter of Washington Boultbee and Sophia Elizabeth Bourne.^1,2 She married Albert Edmund Phipps, son of Major Charles Edmund Phipps and Susan Stewart Geddes, in 1899.¹ She died in 1951.¹
     Her married name became Phipps.

     Stewart Beaumont Phipps was born on 6 May 1900.² He was the son of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee.¹ He married, firstly, Frances Peacey Brown-Constable in 1921.¹ He married, secondly, Edith Patricia Allison Smith, daughter of Dr. Allison Smith, in 1952.¹ He died on 27 August 1979 at age 79.²
     He gained the rank of officer between 1918 and 1919 in the Canadian Machine Gun Corps, Siberia.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Edmonton Fusiliers.¹ He lived at 1535 Despard Avenue, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.¹

     Geoffrey Edmund Phipps was born on 29 May 1904.¹ He was the son of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee.¹ He married Eileen (?) on 26 October 1927.¹ He died on 9 September 1967 at age 63, without issue.¹

     Norman Ernest Phipps was born on 22 February 1907 at British Columbia, Canada.^1,2 He was the son of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee.¹ He married Dorothy Kendal-Quarry, daughter of Albert Edward Kendal-Quarry, on 15 August 1944.¹ He died on 15 October 1984 at age 77.² He was buried at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.²
     He graduated from University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a practising barrister in 1932.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Canadian Artillery.¹ He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1951.¹ He lived at 295 Oriole Parkway, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.¹

     Dorothy Kendal-Quarry is the daughter of Albert Edward Kendal-Quarry.¹ She married Norman Ernest Phipps, son of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee, on 15 August 1944.¹
     From 15 August 1944, her married name became Phipps.

     Albert Edward Kendal-Quarry died before 1963.

     David Phipps was born on 4 August 1945.¹ He is the son of Norman Ernest Phipps and Dorothy Kendal-Quarry.¹

     Phyllis Lepel Phipps was born on 6 March 1902.¹ She was the daughter of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee.¹ She married David Eric Cumberland on 23 April 1925.¹
     From 23 April 1925, her married name became Cumberland.¹

     Ruth Audrey Phipps was born on 22 January 1910.¹ She is the daughter of Albert Edmund Phipps and Sydney Florence Boultbee.¹
