     Jemima Amy Bolton was the daughter of Colonel Richard Bomford George Bolton and Beatrice Ireland.1,2 She married Lionel Beresford Bethell, son of Hon. Slingsby Bethell and Caroline Chaplin, on 5 August 1896.1 She died on 20 September 1961.1
     Her married name became Bethell.

     Colonel Richard Bomford George Bolton was born in 1834.1 He was the son of Richard Bolton and Jemima Bomford.1 He married Beatrice Ireland, daughter of Thomas James Ireland and Elizabeth Welby.2 He died in 1890.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Horse Guards.3 He lived at Brook Lodge, County Meath, Ireland.4

Hon. Slingsby Bethell1

     Hon. Slingsby Bethell was born on 4 October 1831.2 He was the son of Richard Bethell, 1st Baron Westbury and Ellinor Mary Abraham.2 He married, firstly, Caroline Chaplin, daughter of William Chaplin, on 9 May 1855.2 He married, secondly, Laura Beatrice Maunsell, daughter of Reverend Frederick Webster Maunsell and Emily Caroline Laing, on 6 September 1888.2 He died on 3 April 1896 at age 64.1
     He was a practising barrister in 1857.2 He was Registrar of Bankruptcy, Clerk of Committees, House of Lords between 1861 and 1896.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Middlesex.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.2

     Laura Beatrice Maunsell was the daughter of Reverend Frederick Webster Maunsell and Emily Caroline Laing.2 She married Hon. Slingsby Bethell, son of Richard Bethell, 1st Baron Westbury and Ellinor Mary Abraham, on 6 September 1888.3 She died on 16 July 1925.3 She was also reported to have died on 16 June 1925.1
     From 6 September 1888, her married name became Bethell.

     Reverend Frederick Webster Maunsell was born on 25 January 1829.1 He was the son of Richard Maunsell and Maria Woods.2 He married Emily Caroline Laing, daughter of Malcolm Laing, on 15 October 1857.1 He died on 27 January 1918 at age 89.1
     He was the Rector at Symondsbury, Bridport, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He lived at Shrule, County Laois, IrelandG.1

     Richard Bethell, 1st Baron Westbury was born on 30 June 1800.1 He was the son of Richard Bethell and Jane Baverstock.2 He married, firstly, Ellinor Mary Abraham, daughter of Robert Abraham, on 19 November 1825.1 He married, secondly, Eleanor Margaret Tennant, daughter of Henry Tennant, on 25 January 1873.1 He died on 20 July 1873 at age 73.1
     He graduated from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1818 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1822 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1823 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He held the office of Bencher of the Middle Temple in 1840.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1840.1 He was Leader of Chancery Bar in 1841.1 He held the office of Vice-Chancelllor of the Palatine of Lancaster between 1851 and 1852.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Libieral) for Aylesbury between 1851 and 1859.1 He held the office of Solicitor-General between 1852 and 1856.1 He was appointed Knight in 1853.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Libieral) for Wolverhampton between 1859 and 1861.1 He graduated from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1860 with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1861.1 He was created 1st Baron Westbury, of Westbury, co. Wiltshire [U.K.] on 27 June 1861.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.3

     Her married name became Bethell. After her marriage, Ellinor Mary Abraham was styled as Baroness Westbury on 27 June 1861.
