     David Bennett was born on 14 September 1927.¹ He was the son of Frank Carleton Bennett and Mariella Douglas-Pennant.¹ He married Hilary Sheridan Clarke, daughter of Bernard F. Clarke, on 28 August 1959.¹ He died in 1988.¹
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer in 1945 in the Coldstream Guards.¹

     Isabel Gwendoline Fraser was born on 10 August 1874.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Fraser and Sarah Jane Coleby.¹ She married Archibald Douglas-Pennant, son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Archibald Charles Henry Douglas-Pennant and Hon. Harriet Ella Gifford, on 15 November 1905.² She died on 14 August 1965 at age 91.²
     From 15 November 1905, her married name became Douglas-Pennant.²

     Hilda Margaret Fraser was born on 25 December 1879.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Fraser and Sarah Jane Coleby.¹ She died on 4 May 1957 at age 77, unmarried.¹

     Ian Douglas-Pennant was born on 21 August 1906.¹ He was the son of Archibald Douglas-Pennant and Isabel Gwendoline Fraser.² He married Mary Florence Williams, daughter of Major John Williams, on 14 April 1931.¹ He died on 3 March 1941 at age 34, as a result of a motor accident.¹

     Mary Florence Williams was the daughter of Major John Williams. She married Ian Douglas-Pennant, son of Archibald Douglas-Pennant and Isabel Gwendoline Fraser, on 14 April 1931.¹ She died in 1980.¹
     From 14 April 1931, her married name became Douglas-Pennant.¹

     Major John Williams held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Scorrier House, Cornwall, England^G.¹

     Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant was born on 14 March 1932.¹ She is the daughter of Ian Douglas-Pennant and Mary Florence Williams.² She married, firstly, Captain Maurice Douglas Evans, son of C. Douglas Evans, on 18 August 1953.¹ She and Captain Maurice Douglas Evans were divorced in 1964.¹ She married, secondly, Francis Seymour Hurndall-Waldron, son of Brigadier Frank Brenton Hurndall, on 10 January 1965.¹ She and Francis Seymour Hurndall-Waldron were divorced in 1992.¹
     From 18 August 1953, her married name became Evans.¹ From 10 January 1965, her married name became Hurndall-Waldron.¹ In 1992 her name was legally changed to Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant.¹ She lived at Hedge Barton, Widecombe-in-the-Moor, Devon, England.¹

     Captain Maurice Douglas Evans is the son of C. Douglas Evans. He married Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant, daughter of Ian Douglas-Pennant and Mary Florence Williams, on 18 August 1953.¹ He and Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant were divorced in 1964.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Marines.¹

     C. Douglas Evans lived at Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Francis Seymour Hurndall-Waldron is the son of Brigadier Frank Brenton Hurndall.¹ He married Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant, daughter of Ian Douglas-Pennant and Mary Florence Williams, on 10 January 1965.¹ He and Daphne Mary Douglas-Pennant were divorced in 1992.¹
