Francis Charles Adelbert Henry Needham, 4th Earl of Kilmorey was born on 26 November 1883.1 He was the son of Francis Charles Needham, 3rd Earl of Kilmorey and Ellen Constance Baldock.2 He married Lady Norah Frances Hastings, daughter of Lt.-Col. Warner Francis John Plantagenet Hastings, 15th Earl of Huntingdon and Maud Margaret Wilson, on 10 February 1920.2 He died on 11 January 1961 at age 77.1
He held the office of High Sheriff of County Down in 1913.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Life Guards.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Kilmorey [I., 1822] on 28 July 1915.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Newry and Mourne, co.
