     Julia Daphne Raynsford was born on 29 December 1948.1 She is the daughter of Captain Antony Edward Montague Raynsford and Hon. Joan Rosemary Raynsford Wakefield.1 She married Sir John Dixon Iklé Boyd, son of Professor James Dixon Boyd and Amélie Lowenthal, on 11 November 1997.1
     She was educated at Heathfield School, Ascot, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 She was lecturer of Fine and Decorative Arts between 1968 and 1976 at Victoria and Albert Museum, London, England.1 She wrote the book Story of Furniture, published 1974.1 She was director of Dist Estates and Company Ltd.1 She wrote the book An Englishwoman in Japan, published 1996.1 From 11 November 1997, her married name became Boyd.1

     Sir John Dixon Iklé Boyd was born on 16 January 1936 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was the son of Professor James Dixon Boyd and Amélie Lowenthal.2 He and Gunilla Rönngren were divorced.2 He married, firstly, Gunilla Rönngren.2 He married, secondly, Julia Daphne Raynsford, daughter of Captain Antony Edward Montague Raynsford and Hon. Joan Rosemary Raynsford Wakefield, on 11 November 1997.1 He died on 18 October 2019 at age 83.2
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England. He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1985.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1992.1 He held the office of Ambassador to Japan between 1992 and 1996.2 He was Master in 1996 at Churchill College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2

     Brigadier Richard Frank Bradshaw Hensman was the son of Captain Melvill Hensman.1 He married Hon. Mary Sheila Wakefield, daughter of William Wavell Wakefield, 1st Baron Wakefield of Kendal and Rowena Doris Lewis, on 6 July 1945.1 He died in 1988.1
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1
