     Violet Alice Amy Shuttleworth was born in 1910.¹ She was the daughter of Algernon Ughtred Shuttleworth and Julia Gertrude Jolliffe.² She married Captain Augustus Frederick Coryton, son of Frederick Coryton.¹ She died in 1977.¹
     Her married name became Coryton.¹

     Field Marshal Sir Neville Bowles Chamberlain was born on 10 January 1820 at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Chamberlain, 1st Bt. and Anne Eugenia Morgan.¹ He married Charlotte Cuyler Reid, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir William Reid, on 26 June 1873.¹ He died on 18 February 1902 at age 82 at Lordswood, England, without issue.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.) on 24 May 1866.¹ He was appointed Grand Commander, Order of the Star of India (G.C.S.I.) on 24 May 1873.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) on 29 May 1875.¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the Madras Army between 1876 and 1881.¹

John Christie, on 1 August 1896.¹ He died on 13 December 1902 at age 81 at Lordswood, Southampton, Hampshire, England, without issue.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.) in 1866.¹ He gained the rank of General in the Indian Staff Corps.² He was appointed Knight Grand Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (G.C.I.E.) in 1897.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Thomas Hardy Chamberlain was born in 1822.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Chamberlain, 1st Bt. and Anne Eugenia Morgan.¹ He died in 1879.¹

     Charlotte Cuyler Reid was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir William Reid.¹ She married Field Marshal Sir Neville Bowles Chamberlain, son of Sir Henry Chamberlain, 1st Bt. and Anne Eugenia Morgan, on 26 June 1873.¹ She died on 26 December 1896.¹
     From 26 June 1873, her married name became Chamberlain.¹

     Elizabeth de Witt was the daughter of J. de Witt.¹ She married General Sir Crawford Trotter Chamberlain, son of Sir Henry Chamberlain, 1st Bt. and Anne Eugenia Morgan, on 4 November 1845 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.^1,2 She died on 19 January 1894, without issue.¹
     From 4 November 1845, her married name became Chamberlain.¹

     J. de Witt lived at Cape of Good Hope, South Africa.²
