     Shirley Bouch was born in 1932.¹ She is the daughter of William Lawrence Bouch and Kathleen Douglas Graves-Morris.¹ She married John Campbell, son of Major William Hastings Campbell and Hon. Eugénie Anne Westenra Plunkett, in 1959.¹
     From 1959, her married name became Campbell.¹

     William Lawrence Bouch was born in 1904.¹ He married Kathleen Douglas Graves-Morris, daughter of Herbert William Morris and Penelope Maude Baker. He died in 1992.¹

     Piers Campbell is the son of John Campbell and Shirley Bouch.¹
