     Marion Stow was the daughter of Reverend William Stow.1 She married Reverend James Chancellor, son of Alexander Chancellor and Helen Hamilton Robertson.1 She died in 1876.1
     Her married name became Chancellor.1

     Alexander Richard Chancellor was born on 3 June 1869.1 He was the son of Edward Chancellor and Anne Helen Tod.1 He married Margaret Rosa Pasea, daughter of H. H. Pasea, in 1901.1
     He was educated at Edinburgh Collegiate Art, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was educated at Blairlodge School, Polmont, Stirlingshire, ScotlandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1923.1 He lived in 1952 at 7 Cavendish Place, Bournemouth, Dorset, England.1
